You can either search your product or go to specific product section and select the
products you wish to purchase
Once your cart is created, you can ask for ‘Request for Quote’
Upon receiving a quote, you will get a notification.
You can go to the portal again and accept/ reject the quote
Once you approve the quote, you will be redirected to order details and payments
page
You can make the payment and place the order.
1. To track the order customer need to login to our website by using registered
mobile number [please refer the 1st question from FAQ for details on login process]
2. After successful login you can see your name initial logo on right side corner of
the website.
3. Click on the logo and you will be able to see the option My Account.
4. Under my account click on My Order Option. Here you can see all the orders placed
by you.
Each category has a different minimum order quantity. Below are the major categories:
Steel: 32-35 MT
Bitumen: 25-30 MT
Polymer: 5 MT
Tiles: 500 boxes
Cement: 2000 bags/100MT
To ensure timely delivery of material we are taking following steps:
1. Capacity Planning: We ensure resources (vehicles, drivers, warehouse space) match
delivery needs.
2. Clear Internal Communication: We align all departments (sales, logistics,
customer service) on delivery timelines so that we can give clarity to customers on
delivery dates.
3.Tracking Vehicles: We track vehicle locations in real-time and adjust for traffic
or other delays.
4. Customer Notifications: We keep our customers informed about their delivery
status through messages and calls. Also, customers can track the consignment through
our website.
5. Alternative Suppliers: We maintain relationships with multiple suppliers to avoid
disruption.

Yes, you can track consignment by following below mentioned step:
1.Login to our website using our registered mobile number. [Refer question1 from RFQ
for more details]
2. After successful login you can see your name initial logo on right side corner of
the website.
3. Click on the logo and you will be able to see the option My Account.
4. Under my account click on My Consignment Option.
5. To track the consignment please check the status of the consignment. If the
status is in progress, click on the same consignment.
6. Click on consignment details and you will be able to see the option as Track.
Yes, delivery timelines are different for different quantities based on the distance
between customer ship to address and material ship from address. Considering the
transport conditions [Generally drivers cover the distance of 250-300km/ day]

Open Credit: Approval typically within 1-2 business days, subject to document
availability.
Buyer Finance: Approval may take up to 7 business days depending on the lender's
process.
We support multiple credit mechanisms for your convenience. These include:

LC/BG Backed Limits
For Open Credit, eligibility is based on our internal Birla Pivot Credit Policy. You
can contact our team or submit a query through our website to connect with a
Relationship Manager.
For Buyer Finance, eligibility is assessed through bank-level login documentation,
to be uploaded through a secure platform.
Credit terms are customised based on entity size, order volume, and specific business
requirements. Larger and recurring buyers may be offered more flexible terms.

You'll be prompted to enter your registered mobile number. After submitting, click
"Verify & Generate OTP" to receive a one-time password. Enter the OTP to securely
access your Buyer Dashboard.
Once you log in, go to your dashboard. Under the "Activity Feed" section, you'll find
details of your Next Dispatch and Next Delivery, including Consignment ID, estimated
dates, delivery addresses, and a Track option (if available) to monitor live
shipment status.
